Shop Policy
Shipping and Processing Times
I typically drop off shop orders once a week on Friday or Saturday! You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been packaged and postmarked. If you ordered a *PREORDER* item, please check the product listing for estimated shipping times. If there are in stock items in the same order as a preorder item, all items will ship together when the preordered items are in stock. Within the US, orders should take 2-5 business days to be delivered. International orders can take two weeks to 2 months to be delivered, depending on your country. Please understand that if your order note says something to the effect of “I need this by a certain date” I won’t always be able to honor that but I will try my best.
For untracked letter mail shipping please note that does not come with a tracking number.
If you select untracked letter mail shipping for non sticker items please note your order will be cancelled. Please make sure you select the correct shipping method for your items.
Duties and Taxes
It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay for any duties/taxes the package may incur upon arrival in the destination country. It is my legal obligation to note the actual value of items on customs forms therefore kindly do not ask me to write a different/lesser value; that is illegal
Item Did Not Arrive
Please contact me if your order did not arrive! If the item is still in stock I can replace it for you.
Item Returned to Me
If your order is returned to me due to an error in your shipping address I will contact you via the email you provided during checkout to offer either a refund for the order minus the shipping costs or to re-send the package to you at an updated address but I will invoice you for shipping costs. If the invoice is not paid within 3 days of me sending it I will cancel and refund your order (minus shipping costs).
Refunds and Exchanges
At this time, TINY PLANT does not accept refunds or exchanges. Items are carefully checked for quality prior to shipment. All sales are final. If something is wrong with your order please reach out to me.
I try my best to carefully check each item for quality before shipment but sometimes an item may get past me. If an item arrives to you and it is misaligned, damaged, etc. please let me know via contact form or email and I will send you a replacement. After 2 weeks of use any damage to an item is considered normal wear and tear and is not eligible for replacement.
Reselling
If you choose you no longer want something you purchased from me and want to resell it I ask that you do not list the price for more than you bought from me (i.e., don’t make money off my work and products). For example if you purchased a pin from me for $10 please do not sell it for more than $10.
Additionally, please do not stock and sell my products. I am open to authorized wholesale of my products but please kindly reach out to me and we can come to an agreement. Any person(s) found to be reselling my work at a profit or unauthorized wholesale will have legal action taken against them and may result in payment of restitution.
Currently I do not have any wholesale partners so if you see my work being sold anywhere other than this website it is unauthorized and I ask that you please let me know.
